Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will replace the item at no extra cost to you. Please include photos of the issue when you reach out.

Customer Remorse (Size / Preference)

Because all items are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for wrong sizes, buyer’s remorse, or if you simply change your mind. Please check our size guide carefully before placing an order.

How to Request a Return

Email us at support@alphabet-learning.com with your order number and issue details.
If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your request is approved. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing.
